Short answer
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall at SDQ, past immigration and customs, holding a printed sign with your name. You do not go to a parking level, you do not call anyone from the curb, and you do not pay before the ride.
The sequence
Land, immigration, bags, customs X-ray, then the doors into the public arrivals area. The driver is in the first group of people standing behind the barrier, sign at chest height with your surname and our name on it.
We send you a WhatsApp with the driver's name, phone and vehicle the evening before, so you know who you are looking for.
If you do not see him
Stand still, do not leave the terminal, and send one WhatsApp message. We know your flight landed and can put you on the phone with the driver in under a minute. Walking outside to the taxi rank is the one thing that turns a small problem into a real one.

Yes, inside the arrivals hall with a printed name sign. No curbside meeting points.
How long will he wait?
Up to 60 minutes after the bags come out, and as long as needed when the flight is delayed or diverted.
Can someone else collect me under my name?
Only the assigned driver, whose name and plate we send you in advance. Never follow anyone else holding a sign.
How do I book a transfer from SDQ?
Send your flight number, date, hotel or address and number of passengers on WhatsApp. You get a written confirmation with the fixed price, and the driver details the day before travel.
Do I pay in advance?
No. You pay the driver at the end of the ride in US dollars, Dominican pesos or euros. There is no deposit and no card charge when you book.
