How far ahead to book — and last-minute transfers
24 hours is comfortable, two minutes is sometimes possible, and high season is its own rule.

Short answer
Book at least 24 hours ahead for a normal arrival, 3–5 days for a VIP van, a group, Christmas, Easter or whale season (January–March). Same-day and already-landed requests are often possible via WhatsApp — message us and we answer with a yes or no in minutes, never a maybe.
Normal weeks
For a Standard car to Boca Chica, Zona Colonial, Piantini or Juan Dolio, 24 hours is plenty. Long-haul runs to Samaná, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana or Jarabacoa are better with two or three days because the driver blocks most of a day for them.
High season
Mid-December to early January, Easter week, and whale season on the Samaná peninsula are the three periods when vans run out. Book the return at the same time as the arrival in those weeks — it costs 5% less and guarantees the vehicle.
Already at the airport
Message on WhatsApp with your name, the zone and the number of passengers and bags. If a car is close, we give you a time in minutes; if not, we say so straight away instead of leaving you waiting.
