Short answer
For weddings and group events we build one arrival schedule from your guest list: each flight gets a vehicle, we track them all, and one dispatcher on WhatsApp handles the day. Pricing is the same fixed per-vehicle zone rate — no group surcharge — and the couple or organiser can settle everything in one payment or let guests pay individually.
How we plan it
Send a spreadsheet or a list: name, flight number, date, arrival time, number of passengers, hotel. We return a schedule with one line per vehicle and a total. Changes up to the day before are normal and free.
On the day
Venue shuttles between hotel and ceremony are quoted by the hour with the vehicle staying on site. Casa de Campo, Bayahibe ($140) and Cap Cana ($225) venues need gate lists in advance — send us the guest names as the venue requires them.
Departures
The morning after is the hard part: everyone leaves at different times and nobody is at their sharpest. We publish a departure sheet with pickup times per room, and the driver calls the front desk on arrival.

Is there a group discount?
Prices are already fixed per vehicle; round trips get the return-leg discount, which is where groups save most.
Can guests pay individually?
Yes. Each vehicle can be settled by its passengers or all of it billed to the organiser.
Do you provide a bus for 30 people?
We coordinate larger coaches through partners; up to 14 travels in our own vans.
Can you decorate the couple's car?
We can arrange a clean, upgraded vehicle; decoration is usually done by the wedding planner.
What if a guest misses their flight?
We re-slot that vehicle to the new arrival at no penalty as long as we know before the original landing time.
