Short answer
We connect SDQ with every cruise berth on the island: Sans Souci in Santo Domingo ($35, 25–35 minutes), La Romana ($130, about 1h45) and the Puerto Plata ports Amber Cove and Taíno Bay ($275, roughly 4 hours). For embarkation, land at least a day early or allow a four-hour buffer on the day; for disembarkation we meet you at the terminal exit with a name sign.
Embarkation day
Ships do not wait. If you must fly in on sailing day, we build the pickup around all-aboard time minus four hours for La Romana and minus five for Puerto Plata. A delayed flight then still leaves room.

Disembarkation
Give us the ship name and scheduled arrival. Drivers wait at the pedestrian exit of the cruise terminal, not the coach park, with a sign. Luggage for six passengers means the van.
Port days
If your ship calls at Santo Domingo for the day, a private car for six hours is more flexible than the ship excursion and gets you back with time to spare. Tell us the all-aboard time and we plan backwards from it.

Do you guarantee we make the ship?
We guarantee the vehicle and the timing we agree. No transport company can guarantee your airline; that is why we build the buffer.
Can you carry cruise luggage for six?
Yes, in the VIP van. Tell us the bag count as cruise passengers travel heavy.
Is Amber Cove or Taíno Bay closer to SDQ?
Both are in the Puerto Plata area, roughly four hours away; Taíno Bay is in the city, Amber Cove just east.
Can we stop for lunch on the way to the port?
Yes, if the schedule allows. On embarkation day we prefer to arrive early and eat at the terminal.
Do you meet inside the cruise terminal?
At the pedestrian exit, which is as far in as ground transport is allowed at all three ports.
