Access and arrival instructions

Use Hacienda Dominicus rather than just Iberostar in all pickup messages. Tell dispatch if you are leaving from a different hotel after visiting this resort. Route choice depends on current traffic and the confirmed vehicle entrance; a map estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time.

From SDQ arrivals to your accommodation

1. 1Send the full property name and reservation address with your flight and luggage details.
2. 2Complete airport formalities, then use the public-arrivals meeting instructions in your transfer confirmation.
3. 3Travel to Dominicus, Bayahibe; tell dispatch about any delay or change of destination.
4. 4At the agreed entrance, count your bags and check the vehicle before proceeding to hotel reception.

Where to meet the vehicle

Be ready with your bags at the confirmed point after completing checkout. Notify dispatch if reception directs you to a different entrance.

Departure: when to leave the hotel

Allow the airline’s required airport-arrival time, plus the planned drive and a road contingency. Confirm the pickup with dispatch. Road times are zone estimates; confirm the actual address, flight and pickup hour. Hotel checkout and any movement from the room to reception should be finished before vehicle pickup.

Area and additional stops

This pickup is identified as Dominicus, Bayahibe. A visit to a restaurant, attraction or another hotel is a separate stop: provide its address and request an updated quote before adding it to the airport journey.

Dispatch notes

• · Count suitcases and any oversized items before confirming vehicle capacity.
• · If arriving after midnight, confirm the room night and late check-in directly with the property.
• · Request child seats, mobility assistance and space for large luggage before vehicle confirmation.
