About Sanctuary Cap Cana

An adults-only resort at the Juanillo end of Cap Cana, built around a castle-styled main building. It sits deepest inside the development, so the drive from the Cap Cana perimeter gate to the door is a few extra minutes past golf and villa roads.

Departure: when to leave the hotel

Plan on leaving about four hours before an SDQ flight. Because this is an adults-only property, most departures are single couples, and a Standard car is normally the right size.

What is around it

Juanillo beach and its beach clubs are minutes away, the Cap Cana marina restaurants about ten, Punta Cana Village fifteen, and the Hoyo Azul cenote at Scape Park roughly twenty.

Dispatch notes

  • · It is the deepest hotel in Cap Cana — allow a few minutes more than for the Hyatt properties.
  • · Evening marina trips and Juanillo beach club drops are easy add-ons for the same driver.
  • · Adults-only means no child seats needed, which keeps a Standard car comfortable for two with luggage.
